These clams are harvested during low tide in the remote coastal areas of BC.
Sustainable practices are always our main priority and we stand strong by them. Limited amount of clams available per harvest.
Their tender, sweet meat and colorful shell make them our most popular clams.
The most common way to cook clams is to steam them, but they can be baked, broiled, or stir-fried in any of your favourite recipes. Clams can be cooked together with mussels as well as other seafoods.
For a main dish of steamed clams, allow 1 to 1.5 lbs per person. With pasta or rice, 1 lb is enough. For a side dish or starter, allow half a pound per person.
