Sweet, clean ocean flavor with a firm satisfying crunch. Perfect raw as sashimi, or cooked in hot pot, stir fry or chowder. Average 2 to 2.2lbs per clam.
Refrigerate under a damp cloth and consume within 48 hours of arrival.
Weekly harvest. Order by Saturday for Tuesday to Thursday delivery.
