Ingredients:
- 6 cups frozen huckleberries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the frozen huckleberries, white sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
