A whole bluefin tuna from Japan, about 100 lb, fresh on arrival. $82 per lb ($8,200 for a 100 lb fish).
Need a bigger one? We can do 100 to 450 lb.
This one is for people who love to cut their own fish. Slice it into sashimi and sushi, or cut steaks and keep the rest for later. It's a great fit for sushi chefs, restaurants, and anyone planning a really special dinner.
