Petite in size, this Bafun Uni produce small tongues with crisp, concentrated flavor. It has a clean, mildly sweet taste. It's best eaten in sushi or as sashimi to enjoy its delicate flavors. ... This gives the uni a bolder taste that's rich in umami. Uni is soft, melts in your mouth but should still have a little bit of bite, much like tofu.
