White chanterelles come from the same family as golden chanterelles.
These beauties grow among coniferous trees in old-growth forests. Which means there was little to no deforestation. We harvest them in a pristine environment and carefully deliver the freshest picks to your door.
Before cooking white chanterelle it is best to run them under cold water to remove any debris from the forest that may be stuck under the gills. Air dry.
Their texture is firm and they hold well while boiling or sauteing.
We like to simply fry them whole or cut them into chunks, add in oil, and salt on mid-high heat.
