Japanese cherry blossom soy sauce from Kyoto. Salt-cured sakura blossoms age one year in white shoyu, producing a pale, delicate finishing sauce with a light cherry hue and gentle floral perfume. Finish sashimi, scallops, spring vegetables, steamed rice or dessert. 375ml. Refrigerate after opening.
