Our selection of dried foods is available year-round.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, we are able to provide dry products during the off-season by locking in flavours during peak harvest months.

All of our dried products contain below 8% humidity and maintain a shelf life of at least 1 year from drying.

Dry storage space within low light and minimal humidity is recommended for retaining quality and longevity.
