Pacific Wild Pick dehydrated to perfection Morchella mushrooms
Morels are undoubtedly the most sought after mushrooms along with truffles. Like the latter, morels are rare and their taste is very refined, which makes them a gourmet mushroom.
These dried morel mushrooms were hand picked picked in Canada, sorted to maintain premium grade. Very short stem and whole caps.
To rehydrate Morchella:
Soak them in a bowl filled with equal parts warm water and milk for 30 minutes. Once the morels have been rehydrated, set them aside. Filter the mixture of water and milk to remove any traces of sand and earth.
