**Hand Made Fresh Cake Per Order**

A tiered cake with hints of honey and caramel is called Medovik.

Since honey is known as "med" in Russian, you may anticipate that it will play a major role in this cake's composition. Despite being used in little amounts, they give the cake a really rich flavor.

The original Russian medovik is formed of crisp, thin cake layers that are softened by a cream filling that is comprised of whipping cream, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in equal parts. A filling composed of butter and sweetened condensed milk is occasionally used. Condensed milk, however, may be excessively sweet for some.

The remaining components are typical for cakes. Russian cookies are made of thin layers of vanilla-flavored butter, sugar, flour, baking soda, and flour.

This is our most famous dessert, and it happens to be a classic cake.

Made in-house by pastry chef Svetlana, with over 35 years of experience.

Available by the slice (approx 4*2inch)
, or as a whole cake (8*6inch)

Please order before 2pm on Thursdays EST for delivery the following week.
