The queen scallop is a true Pacific wild scallop picked by hand and is super unique and delicious. This scallop has a distinctive orange roe and an intense savoury flavour with a nutty salty edge and is perfect for grilling in the shell with olive oil and lemon or a balsamic vinaigrette.
We love a simple recipe, and our absolute favourite method of preparing the Pacific Queen Scallops is nothing more than a garlic butter sauté, allowing the sweet flavour of the scallops to be beautifully contrasted against the garlic aroma and buttery texture.
