These are wild, hand-harvested delicious fresh three-cornered onions.
Every bit of these snowbells are edible and delicious.
The stems are tender, the leaves are crisp, the flower buds and bulbs are crunchy, and all parts have a spicy, garlicky fragrance.
Like chives, baby leeks, and other spring onions, three-cornered leeks have a versatile enough flavor profile to be eaten raw or lightly sautéed.
Our spring onion tastes amazing and is super nutritious. Naturally organic, grown in undisturbed soils with the aid of mother nature's love.
